Something not quite right with your order? We do offer returns and refunds as detailed here.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order that you have not yet received, please call asap to request a refund or exchange.

Products No Longer Required

Products may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery providing they are unused and unopened in the original packaging. Custom ordered products are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If the product is faulty, we will offer to repair, exchange or refund (together with postage cost) it if the fault occurs within 30 days of delivery. If the fault occurs within the guarantee period (normally 12 months) we will offer to repair or replace the product. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault. Faults caused by accidents, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear are not covered.

Returns Procedure

Before returning any products please call us or send us an email to get a return material authorisation RMA number. Once you have an RMA number send us your return with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. Postage fees for returns are your responsibility.

When returning products, please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed or for a replacement to be sent. We will email you to let you know.

Personalised and Custom Products

A small number of our products are customised or personalised. These products are non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged.
